Here’s an alternative to provide a login that does not require a two-step authentication, when logging in to a platform or app that requires you to login using your Apple ID.

Here’s an example of a platform that requires such login and unable to complete the Apple ID signed with Two-Steps enable.

Here’s an alternative method to resolve the Two-Step authentication error that’s preventing you from performing Apple ID sign in and proceeding to complete the rest of the steps successful.

How to Generate an App Specific Password

On your Laptop or iPhone browser, 

1. Got to url https://appleid.apple.com 
2. Sign in the Apple ID you are planning to use to login on the platform
3. Once successful Sign-in
4. Select “Security” 
5. Refer to screnshot below 

Then choose Generate Password (refer below screnshot)

Once you’ve received the generated password 

Use Your Apple ID to sign in, except this time use rhe generated password as the password
