This will allow each and everyone that had raised their respective Requests / Issues is able to track & monitor the progress & status.
This also will ensuring that the issues / solutions are followed up accordingly
** Additional feature was just set up on our Support Portal which will allow requests / issues sent via emails to still enjoy the same features & benefit of tracking of requests/issues. All these emails will be automatically captured and and assigned accordingly to respective Technical team based on the content of the email received.
