Isaac Andy is a versatile personality. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Bsc (Hons) in Computing, Information Systems from Staffordshire University and a Diploma in Computing, Information Systems from Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU/APIIT). Well versed in Chinese, Malay and English, Isaac has hands on experience as an Application Developer,Project Manager and managed many global outsourcing projects with a wide variety of business applications. He is particularly interested in client/server and relational database design using Oracle, Sybase, and MS-SQL Server. Isaac is always interested in migration projects and corporate enterprise systems with mobile solutions focusing on mobility & remote collaboration. 

Before starting his own venture, Isaac worked with a list of reputed companies. Just after completing his education, Isaac joined Parkson Corporation SdnBhd as an Analyst Programmer. After that he moved to work with Getronics Solution, representing Dell as a Technical Manager. There was no stoppage for him then, as he moved forward to work with IBM Global Services as a PSS Desktop Technical Lead, where he helped SITA rectify their application resulting the successful cutover of the e-ticketing for MAS. At the same he was also assigned to an outsourcing project representing IBM to Head the Desktop Management for Malaysia Airlines System, he was later then assigned to improve IBM Contact Centre where he took up the role as a Technical Leader, CTS Asia Pacific at IBM Malaysia. 

It is after having a vast experience in working with complex solutions for various corporations, Isaac started his own venture iZND Services, serving as a CEO and Director, Information Technology to the company. It is only this diverse experience which inspired Isaac to start his own venture.
